How to use custom fields in chart that we are using in Jira projects in Cloud? eg. Request Type

Hi,

We are using many custom field as per our client need in Jira software project. However we are not able to use that in Atlassian analytics in chart column. For example we are using Request Type, Support Group, Applicable Client etc fields in our projects but not able to see in Analytics. We are only able to see system fields used in our jira projects.

We want to understand how can we  add custom filed that we are using in our project in data source schema to see this in chart column.

Hi @rajneekant.pathak : In Atlassian Analytics, you can either query custom fields directly, or turn the custom fields into a custom column or custom table that you can then query.
