We’ve got two exciting updates to share about Atlassian account data in the Atlassian Data Lake:
We're happy to share that we’ve started rolling out data for unmanaged accounts! At some point during this rollout period, you’ll see rows for both managed and unmanaged accounts in the “Account” table under the “Organization data” category in the schema browser. Read more about managed and unmanaged accounts.
This new data should give you more visibility into your organization’s account information. It’ll also allow you to have a more complete view of your product data, like Jira issues and Opsgenie alerts.
We expect the rollout to finish in about two weeks, but we’ll leave a follow-up comment on this post once the rollout is done.
Note: During the rollout period, you may experience partial data.
In addition to this new data, we’re also introducing two new columns to the “Account” table: Is managed and Account status. You can use these columns to differentiate between your managed and unmanaged accounts and filter for specific account statuses, respectively.
The new columns are already available to everyone. Refer to our instructions below for how to add them to your Atlassian Data Lake connections.
For new Data Lake connections, your unmanaged account data and the new columns will automatically be available.
For existing Data Lake connections, your unmanaged account data will automatically be available. However, to get the new columns, an organization admin needs to edit the connections. They can edit the connection and save it without making any changes. Learn more about editing Data Lake connections.
