Hello Atlassian Analytics Community!
We're excited to announce the new set of DevOps effectiveness scorecards, which provide deeper insights from the recently launched DevOps data tables.
These scorecards bring you closer to measuring the elusive metric of dev productivity. They provide essential tools that help managers and leaders track trends across the organization, cross-team, and team level.
These scorecards are an extension of the existing effectiveness scorecard templates. The new templates preserve the most valuable metrics and charts from the existing “Cross-team effectiveness scorecard” and “Organization effectiveness scorecard” dashboard templates and enhance them with DevOps information to provide a complete picture for your teams. The “Team DevOps effectiveness scorecard” dashboard template is built with a new set of charts. It’s a valuable addition to the existing “Team effectiveness scorecard” dashboard template for end-to-end tracking.
Team DevOps effectiveness scorecard - Get an in-depth look at your team's development trends using the widely recognized DevOps Research and Assessment (DORA) and other supporting metrics. This will help you identify areas of improvement and track progress over time.
Cross-team DevOps effectiveness scorecard - Suitable for providing a roll-up view of the department or division on key flow metrics like cycle time, deployment frequency, bug tracking, and more.
Organization DevOps effectiveness scorecard - Provides a holistic view of the flow metrics like cycle time, time spent, and defects management at the company level with the breakdown for individual departments.
Ensure your DevOps data is ready to use in Atlassian Analytics
The templates are built on top of the DevOps tables we announced a few weeks ago. To ensure you can take advantage of the new dashboard templates for development tracking:
