We’d like to thank everyone who has participated in Early Access and Open Beta programs. Your feedback has helped shape our product roadmap, find bugs, and learn more about your use cases!
As we prepare to exit Open Beta and enter General Availability for Atlassian Analytics, we’re going to roll out changes to who can create and edit charts and dashboards in Atlassian Analytics.
In order to create charts and dashboards in Atlassian Analytics, you’ll need access to at least one product with a Cloud Enterprise plan. If you don’t have access, you can still view dashboards that someone shares with you. For most organizations, we believe this change will have minimal impact, but let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
We've introduced Atlassian Analytics as an included capability within our Cloud Enterprise plan in order to help customers tackle their large data use cases. As part of our ongoing transition from an Open Beta state toward General Availability, we're now ensuring that all chart and dashboard creators moving forward have access to at least one product with a Cloud Enterprise plan.
If you don’t have access to any products with an Enterprise plan, ask your organization admin to give you access to a product instance covered under one of your Enterprise plans. Learn how admins give people access to products.
If your organization does not yet have an Enterprise plan, talk to your organization admin about the benefits of upgrading your existing plan. Learn more about Atlassian Cloud Enterprise.
We expect these changes to roll out no earlier than April 3rd, 2023, and we'll continue to post updates on the timeline as we get closer to this date.
