Atlassian Analytics Open Beta Updates - Jan-Feb 2023

We’ve released several improvements to kick off the new year and have a couple of announcements to share, so keep reading for more details!

✨ Recently shipped

Forecast step - We’ve added a new Visual SQL step that will add predictive data to a selected column in your chart. You can now forecast your time-series data using linear, quadratic, or cubic trend forecasting models. Learn more about the "Forecast" step.

Inline edit for dashboard title - We’ve made it quick and easy for you to edit your dashboard titles. Just select the title and edit the text as needed!

Plenty of visual uplifts! - We’ve improved the look and feel of several areas like our chart editor, dashboard styles, and chart settings.

• Confluence data - Confluence data is coming to the Atlassian Data Lake, and you’ll be able to query your page, blog post, and space data!

• Embedding single charts using Smart Links - You can soon embed individual charts across the Atlassian suite via Smart Links! This will let you add custom context and dive deep into the numbers that matter.

• Chart templates - Getting the base data that you need for your charts will become quicker and easier. You’ll be able to start from a template and then edit the chart as needed after placing it on your dashboard.

• “Get started” video series - We’re creating a handful of video tutorials to help you uplevel your knowledge of Atlassian Analytics.

• New Opsgenie tables - Data for custom account roles, custom team roles, incidents, and alert events will be available soon.

Currently, only customers with a Cloud Enterprise plan for Jira Software or Jira Service Management have access to Atlassian Analytics. @Esther The team is still working through some data quality issues that were discovered in the Jira Sprint table and it's taking longer than expected to resolve. Sincere apologies for the delay. We'll be sure to post a separate announcement when it's available.

Thanks for that update, we're looking forward to the announcement that this is available. It would be nice if the sprint data were to also include Capacity, from Advanced Roadmaps. That would really help us out :)

Are there any plans to make Atlassian Analytics available for Enterprise Data Center users?

Hi @Ditte Simard, there are no plans to make Atlassian Analytics available in Data Center, as it is a Cloud-only offering.
