my account two factor is not possible

my account is john@linkhub.co.kr 

my cellphone is changed so two factor authenticate impossible.

and i lost my recovery key.

 

so i request recovery mail sending. but recovery mail seding is failing

 

please sending recovery mail or setting two-factor disabled
