Why do I have 2 emails associated with trello?

Hello everyone.  I am a small business owner and I wanted to use Trello for tracking the training progress of my staff.  The problem is that it is very confusing for logging in and setting up the account.

Right now I think that I have an atlassian account under staffatchicoanimalhospitaldotcom and I have a trello account under this too.  I have a personal email address that is some how linked to the staff account as when I try to reset the password for it to use with my atlassin account I get a greating that says

Hi staffatchicoanimalhospitaldotcom,

We've received a request to set a new password for this Atlassian account: nzdreamer55atgmaildotcom.

I like trello, but the set up and accounts thing is starting to make me look into other products.  I paid for a year of business class service for 2 email addresses and kind of expected more support than posting to a community forum but hope to get it working as I don't want to spend more time setting up with a different product.

Any help is apperciated.

Steve
