What's the starter license benefit?

I'm not clear about the real value of the starter license offer.

When I click Get started or any "Buy" link on the Startup software. Development tools for startup and small teams. page I'm redirected to your standard product catalog page. Over there I'm asked to choose a set of services that suits to my needs.

That seems to be exactly the same procedure that I follow, when I click Buy link at the Start page.

So, is there any difference between standard and starter buying procedure?

Nope, the $10 standard licences are the same as the $10 starters.
