I can't delete my account because:
I followed all the steps from this link (except I couldn't delete my Bitbucket account because it seems that Bitbucket accounts can't be deleted separately from the main Atlassian account, as stated here: Bitbucket account deletion).
I no longer have any active subscriptions - I have canceled them. However, I still can't delete my account. Please help.

I can see that you have deactivated your cloud site kfiatek.atlassian.net
However this site has not yet been deleted. You will have to either change the billing contact for that account to a different account (this could be done in https://my.atlassan.com), OR wait for that site to be deleted. That time period can be 15 days or 60 days from the time of deactivation depending on the type of subscription the site had. More details in https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/
Once that happens you should then be able to proceed with deleting your account.
