Is it possible to transfer all data associated with an Atlassian account for a given Jira instance to another Atlassian account in the same Jira instance? (That includes filter ownership, dashboard ownership, Structure ownership, issue comments, issue reporters, issue assignees etc.)

Hi @ads_cdayal 

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.. One option is to apply a JQL filter and export the data and re-import it by changing the account id ..
