A number of years back our company had some licenses for Confluence Cloud which was setup with the site carfax.atlassian.net. We moved to Server a few years later. Now we are purchasing some Cloud licenses for Jira Work Management and are trying to setup the site to be carfax.atlassian.net so that when we move Jira and Confluence to the cloud down the road, there will be a generic site name that all the products fold under. However, seems the original Confluence site is still out there and the admin is no longer with the company. We are being told that unless we can re-enable their email account and do a password reset so that we can change the admin, that we are out of luck and will need to request a new site name. Is this truly the case? There is no way to have the site transferred to another admin on the Atlassian side?
