I am trying to login with another email address mahmoud@pineappeal.com and I'm not receiving emails from Atlassian. I've seen from other posts, that Atlassian support need to remove this email address from the suppression list. There was an issue with it, and previously emails sent to that inbox were getting responses as follows: 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. This has now been fixed, and once mahmoud@pineappeal.com has been removed from the suppression list, emails from Atlassian will be received and I can finally access bitbucket again.
