Not receiving verification code in my Account aliases

Hello,

I am trying to add an email address and verify it in my Account aliases but I never received the verification code email.
It was working normally then stopped about 4 days ago and so I deleted the other domain account and re added it but since then nothing is working.

How may I fix that problem?
