Not receiving password reset email

Hello,

What is the best way to unsuppress our site admin's email? The user is unable to sign in or receive the password reset email. I am not able to open a ticket on their behalf and directed to have the site admin reach out. 

 

The following article does not seem to be accurate and loops me back to the Support form and the screenshot below.

As there is no further information on the site admin's account and there is no site accounts linked to your account used to create this community post that we could search for a site admin, since we will need it to unblock you and the admin and to not share their contact information publicly, I have created a support ticket with you to request it:
