I already had problems creating my account and now I can't receive any email inviting me to a workspace. What do I do to receive these invitation emails?

I see you were able to open a support case, and the Bitbucket Support Engineer was able to remove your address from an internal suppression list.
Although they provided the IP ranges for our outgoing mail services, as I see your mail provider you may be interested in creating a domain-based mail flow rule instead. Check out Unblocking Office365 emails for Atlassian Cloud on the procedure to create that mail flow rule.
