Not able to create Atlassian account

I'm trying to create Atlassian account as per the instruction provided in SHIP-HATS planning tools

but getting issue as mentioned below.

"We are having trouble verifying reCAPTCHA for this request. Please try again. If the problem persists, try another browser/device or reach out to Atlassian Support."

I have tried different browser/ device , used incognito browser, cleared cache but non of the method helped. Everytime i try to signup keep getting same issue.

We have seen a few instances of reCAPTCHA acting up for a few of our users and I'm sorry to see this happening to you as well. I do have some things though I would like to have you try and see if they can get you up and running!

* Since incognito didn't work, let's try a different device (for example, your mobile phone) or even a different browser on your computer with a different network, like a 4G connection

* If you happen to be using a VPN, could you please temporarily turn it off to see if it resolves the problem?

* This one is a bit more involved, but one thing you can also try is to send yourself a password reset email and try opening the link in the email that you receive in your browser's incognito window. Upon resetting your password, your account gets automatically verified, too. 

However, if none of these fix it and the issue persists, can you kindly try following the link below link and attaching a screenshot of your result? We're doing some tests here as well to investigate this further.
