Lost access to my own organisation

I made an organisation for myself to use personally a while back but have since completely lost access to it.

I made a new organisation that I still have access to for a project but can't access the projects of my personal org.

However I can still see it in my admin console at the top in the dropdown.

Any thoughts on what could have happened and how I can get access back?

You mentioned you aren't able to access your former organization. I checked your account, and you have two organizations associated with your email address, but neither of them have any Cloud products listed. You can see your organizations by logging into https://admin.atlassian.com

When you say you can't access the projects, are you referring to Jira projects, or is there a specific Cloud site you're looking for? Please elaborate on what you're trying to do, and I can help you.

I can access the community project just fine because from my end I have Jira and Jira administration attached to my community organisation.

The main issue is my personal project, I don’t see any cloud products listed on my personal organisation and I can’t see an option to add any either.
