Hi,
my company set up their service desk wrong in that our customers were set up as 'agents' (licensed) instead of 'customers' (unlicensed).
This wasn't noticed until we reached our 5000 license limit the other week.
We have fixed the issue but would like to change the >4000 (false) 'agents' to being 'customers'.
How can we achieve this?

Yuck! So either manually 1 at a time - admin- user management view details of individual and deselect JSM but leave has access. OR go to the marketplace and install a trial of a bulk manage users. The later would be my approach. Note I do not have direct experience with any app for bulk editing of users.
