Impossible to delete an organization

Hello,

I would like to delete an organization I created which had a free license of confluence cloud.

I'm getting the error "Your organization has products that you need to remove before deleting it. If you’ve recently removed the products, retry in a minute." when trying to delete the organization:

I believe the error message is misleading, according to https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization/ it can take several weeks before a product is fully deactivated

"Removing products from your organization can take several weeks. To reduce the risk of accidental data loss, products aren’t fully deactivated until 14 days after the date the cancellation takes effect. This is usually the renewal date for monthly subscriptions or the date communicated to you by our team for annual subscriptions."
