I've lost my mobile and I have no recovery key

Hi all.

I'm trying to access my atlassian account but I have no MFA application configured (I need to log in in order to scan a new QR), and I have no recovery key (I think i've lost it). I've read the atlassian documentation in: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/ (section "Your emergency recovery key doesn't work or you've lost it"). According to that Atlassian info:

To recover access to your account:

  1. On the recovery code screen, select Can't find your recovery key?

  2. Select Send recovery email. We’ll send you an email with more information with the subject line Steps to recover your Atlassian account. This email does not contain the one-time link described in the next step.

But I cannot reach the "recovery code screen" nor find "Can't find your recovery key?" nor find a link with "Send recovery email".

 

Any help???
