I can't change my email address: I don't receive the verification email.

Hello

I'm trying to change my email address in my Atlassian account.

It seems that there must be some problem because I do not receive a verification email at the new address, instead, at the old address, I receive an email informing me about the change.

I've checked the spam folder, and I'm not getting anything either.

What could be happening?
