I can't change account at community site

I have two account on community site.

 

but always I can logon with only one account.

- Logout  

- click login

so I am using other broswer to logon with the other account.

 

How can I change account based on only one broswer.

 

 

(I am using chrome ver  88.0.4324.190 )

Hi @sangsub.kim ,

The logout flow is a little tricky, because Community functions a little more independently from other Atlassian sites but still uses Atlassian ID. You can log in to a different Community account by following these steps:

  1. Visit https://id.atlassian.com 
  2. Log out at id.atlassian.com
  3. Log out at Community
  4. Log in to Community using the account you want

I hope that helps straighten things out! Using a separate browser as you have done will help. The "logout" button on Community doesn't actually end your id.atlassian.com session, so when you try to log in to Community again, it will auto-login with your Atlassian ID session and lead to the loop you saw.
