Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What do you mean by "blocked"?

Is it an Atlassian Cloud application that is refusing you access, whilst others (like the Community here) still let you in?

Or is it a Server/DC application?  (you'll need to contact your application administrators to ask about that)
