The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
ON the Atlassian account page all of the "Who can see this fields" are set to anyone and all of them are grayed out. You can click on them to change them. So how do you change them?
Hi Pat,
The availability of visibility fields on your profile is dependent on which type of account you are using. If your account is managed by an organization then your account will be managed. This allows your organization to set some properties on your account such as how you log in.
When you have a managed account, you can set your profile field visibility settings to one of three settings, 'only me', 'anyone' and 'my organization'. The latter setting here covers all users in the same organization as you.
If you are not part of an organization, you have different profile visibility settings as you don't have an 'organization' to restrict access to. You can read more about the difference in profile visibility settings for managed and personal accounts here.
