I have logged into the billing admin's account. Made myself a billing admin. Yet I am still not a billing admin when I llog into my own account.
The support people are useless. The phone number that they provide answers and then you get a message the office is closed (at 3pm on a Wednesday)
How do I get support?
It think that it just takes time to propagate, or the support people had to do something. But after creating a support ticket this got taken care of.
Hello @Erik Blazynski , it is possible that you are now set as a Billing Admin, but need to also be set as an Org Admin.
