Hello,
I want to delete the organization, to do that I need to first remove all products, and I cancelled subscrptions of Jira and Confluence, but I still can't delete the organizaiton, it still tells me to remove some product, the only available product is now Jira Administration, but I can't find it in the Billing page. I'm not sure if this is preventing me from deleting organization, but we have only free product licenses. I'm not ever sure that "Jira Administration" is a product.
Currently, when I visit the cloud site, it says Your Atlassian Cloud products are suspended, for some reason, I just want to delete everything in the site and to make the site url available again.
It always say to remove all active product in the subscription.
Thanks
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Jira administration is there because you've still got the site. You are right in that it is not a product in its own right.
If you were to completely delete the site, you would not be able to use it again for months - the name remains active, and backups kept.
Why are you trying to delete all of this? Why not just (re) activate all the products you want to use and clean them out of old data you don't want?
Some clarification for other users still finding this post:
The Jira Administration component is removed automatically when all Jira products in the site (JSW, JSM, JWM) are fully deleted. It doesn't need to be removed individually.
If Jira Administration is still showing in your organisation, it means that the data for your Jira products hasn't been deleted yet, and that prevents you from deleting the org.
There are built-in delays between removing the product and the data being permanently deleted to protect against accidental data loss, so the full process can take some time.
There is more information on those timelines and the process of removing products here: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization/
