Email Address Change - not receiving verification email to new address

I am on an unmanaged personal account. I have tried to update my email address several times. I am not receiving the verification email. I have resent several times and waited more than 24 hours. I have checked the spam folder, I have no filters or blocks in place. I am receiving other email just fine. I have tried to contact support directly, but am redirected to documentation or this community forum. Can someone help me get my account updated?

 

Edit: I was able to resolve this. The notification that the new email address was already being used on another account was being sent to the old account and rejected, so I wasn't seeing it. Once I checked for an existing account using the new email I was able to resolve it.
