I changed email address, the new email is not linked to an Atlassian account, get verification message from Atlassian, click "verify your email" button, and I was redirected to page I need to enter password for the new email. I entered email account password, but resulted in incorrect password, the update failed.
Can someone please help? I really need to change Atlassian account email address.
Hi @Lucyz I would recommend reaching out for help with this via this contact form - it doesn't require you to successfully log in to your account before submitting (in case that was going to be a problem). The team there should be able to help!
