we want to change the billing in tempo to be annual.
can this be done?
Hi Tim, in order for Tempo to be billed annually on your cloud site, you'll need to be on an annual subscription. If you are not already subscribed annually, our Customer Advocate Team can help get a quote made for you. Please feel free to reach out at https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact.
If you are already on an annual subscription, they will be able to provide you with a pro-rated quote to inclue Tempo on your site for the remainder of your subscription period.
