Change of Org/ownership

I have 2 user accounts set as Admins on our Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Service Desk, the one assigned as Org & Site Admin is leaving the company, and I need to transfer the Org role to the other user - how can I do this?

Hi @Dave Schoofs ,

first of all - if you want to do such a thing, you need to be an org admin. If you're not, you need to ask another org admin to do it.

In general you need to log in to admin section, navigate Settings > Administrators and add/remove the user. See here for more info, section Make a user an organization admin
