I'm trying to add 'Organization admin' to our org, but it kept returning an error as below.
Adding as a 'site-admin' will give the user a different error.
i can confirm that I am the 'org admin' as I can see the badge next to my name in the 'Directory'.
Clicking 'Settings' does not give any 'Administrator' on the left-hand side panel; I think there has been a change on the UI and must be done from the 'Directory' -> click on the user -> click '...' -> and then apply the 'Organization admin' role.
Adding as a 'Site admin' also is not possible for new users.
Please advise as I am the only 'org admin' now and need some help from the team to administer the tenant.
