Hello,
cannot access my Atlassian account, so no access to our services.
The pwd reset link is not send to my e-mail, not even in spam folder.
Being Altassian user paid and free accounts for almost 10 years this is a very disappointing experience.

Thank you - I have already tried all appropriate cases from the list before I have report the problem, but if I don't get the reset link via e-mail I cannot do anything.
Why the link is not reaching me - no idea. Other coworkers can get the link to the same domain. The problem is, that my user is a general admin for all products. Sure we have backup admin, but they cannot reset my password.
So I am still stuck.
