Can't access account

Hi, 
We have a company that closed several years ago. When it closed we canceled all services but Atlassian keeps charging $20 on my CC. 

I can't log in to that account as the email provider was discontinued. 

Can you please send me the email address of Atlassian Support so that the account could be confirmed as CANCELED and the amount would be refunded.

Hey Ranan,

You’ll need to submit a request through the support portal: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/. Once there, select "Billing, payments, and pricing", and it’ll redirect you to the dedicated payment support page.

From there:

  • Choose "Manage payment method and request invoice."
  • In the next dropdown, select "Request refund."
  • Provide any details you have, like the related URL, SEN, EN, or invoice number to help them locate your account.
