A simple question that hopefully someone knows the answer for.
We currently have Jira Server that has both Service Desk and Jira Licenced.
Any add-ons we purchase cover both of these applications.
Is this the same for the cloud versions?
So if we purchased cloud Jira Software and Cloud Jira Service Desk, would the 1 app still cover both applications?

If you select both applications, it lists the apps for each of them separately and you get charged of using with each, so in effect paying twice of each one.
If anyone can let me know if just the one purchase for any add ons are required please?

yes, it is the same as for Server. If you have Jira SW for 50 users and Jira SM for 10 agents, you need to buy addon for 50 users and just once, no need to buy them "twice".

Apps are billed based on the number of users in your Atlassian product. Jira Cloud apps are priced based on the maximum users of the Jira products on your instance. For example, if you have Jira Software (50 users) and Jira Service Management (10 agents) on the same instance, you pay the 50-user price for apps. Note: While this app has features specific to Jira Service Management, the app is technically available across the whole Jira instance. Therefore the above guidelines for licensing across maximum users still apply.
