After enabling SCIM and SSO integration , we deleted a group that made a sync group fail resulting in deactivating our org admin account
Due to that we are not even able to raise a ticket with atlassian
how can we check this ?

All good! I was finally able to get ahold of an agent using an account that wasn't tied to SSO.
