アカウントを削除できない

アカウントを削除したいのですが、以下のエラーがでて実行できません。

• This account is related to active accounts that are set to AUTO-RENEW
• This account is the primary billing contact for one or more products.
• This account is a technical contact for one or more products.
• To continue deleting this account the account owner needs to visit my.atlassian.com and fix the above.

If you've confirmed that all of your licenses have been moved to another Billing and Technical Contact, you can close your account via our Close Your Account page.

Transfer JIRA or Confluence Account Ownership to Another User
