We are using SAML federation to log into atlassian.
We messed up the setup on our end and now we need to re-configure.
Problem: we can not even contact support because that requires that you are logged in.
How to proceed? How to get in touch?

Create a throw-away private account (e.g GMail), raise a ticket, share with your company account (e.g. a site admin) as participant, respond to the notification you will receive from your company account (as a confirmation that it is a legitimate request)
