We've been using Atlas just to keep the product and development teams aligned. It's been a great way to quickly check in on projects and allow stakeholders a way to see the "right" amount of information about projects they care about. Our team of devs/product is only ~10 people and only 2 of us actually contribute to the project updates. We don't currently use the other features like Goals/OKRs. 

Like Jack said, I guess it depends on what you're trying to solve for to decide if it could be useful for your team@

Not sure if there is a "right" answer here. It really depends on what these 10 folks do and how they interact. Atlas really is about bringing teams together that leverage different processes and tools so they can more effectively collaborate. If your team members all work together on few projects with the same tools I'm not sure Atlas makes sense. Just my $0.02.
