Keeping everyone updated is key, and that's why we made Atlas and The Loop framework. But we know you don't want to switch tools just to share updates. So, we've added new features to make it easier!

Now, you can post updates directly from:

• Jira Software [Learn more]

• Slack [Learn more]

• Microsoft Teams [Learn more]

Stay in your workflow and keep everyone informed with Atlas!

Update from Jira

Visit an epic (or an equivalent level custom issue) in Jira, sync your Atlas project, and start updating from the Status update field.

Update from Slack

Get our Slack app and use the `/atlas update` command in the app chat

Update from Microsoft Teams

You can also click the Write update button on an update reminder in Microsoft Teams to launch the update composer.

This is great, @Nir Nikolaevsky BTW, what about Jira Work Management? Is there any way to post an Atlas update in JWM? In our org, many teams use JWM, and it would be great if they could post an Atlas update in the same way as JSW. This will significantly increase Atlas uptake for business teams who mainly use JWM.

Hi @Milad S_ we don't support posting updates from JWM at the moment but we're working to better integrate Atlas with all the Jiras. I can't provide a timeline yet but we do want to add support for Jira Work Management down the line.

This is excellent. Is there a way we can build apps for other systems to update? We have customers on google chat and also on meta workplace.
