You have landed on a forum for users of the Atlassian tools. The company that provides this KYC service has internally set up Jira Service Management to run its support, but apparently misconfigured or not properly set up the tool. Several people have been reaching out here as a result over the last week or so, but the responsibility / ownership of this issue lies elsewhere.

You will need to somehow find another way to contact the company hosting this service, as this is not run by Atlassian. Atlassian, not we as a primarily user driven community, are not linked in any way with that company. How much we would like to assist, all we can do is redirect you to the company providing the KYC service.
