Will JSM Assets data work with Airtrack dashboards and reporting?

I saw the Airtrack demo a couple weeks ago and saw the reporting and dashboarding capabilities, but it looked like it was limited to the Airtrack data that hadn't been moved into JSM Assets yet.  Will customers be able to build Dashboards and reports (features sorely lacking in JSM Assets) against their JSM Data using the Airtrack functionality?  I also saw how Airtrack data could be moved into JSM Assets schemas, but it looked like dashboards and reports did not work against the Assets schemas, only against Airtrack data?

Hi @Eric Krueger _StrataCom_ Inc_ ! Thanks for your question.

The AirTrack / Data Manager dashboards will only include data that exists within Data Manager, but the good news is that as part of the integration work we are exploring how data within an Assets schema can be brought into Data Manager, therefore becoming available to the Data Manager dashboards. I can't give a date on when that will be available in product, but it's high on our list.

Additionally we have recently shipped Asset Reporting in JSM Cloud which you can see more about here: Reports for Assets

This is separate functionality to the Data Manager dashboards, but hopefully can address some of your dashboard / reporting needs. If you have any other questions, please shoot them through!

Best,

Kate
