scaling agile at the enterprise level with Valiantys

Hey there Community!

My name is Vannya Vallejo, the Channel Communication Specialist at Atlassian and I want to help Atlassian users like you learn about our Solution Partners and how they can help you leverage our tools.

Before we go any further let me answer the question that might have popped into some of your minds, what is a Solution Partner? Solution Partners provide the services, implementation, consulting, and unique solutions that help you create what's next. Their services together with Atlassian’s suite of products are a recipe for success.

This month I am focusing on Valiantys, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. Since 2006 Valiantys developed its expertise around Atlassian tools and today they have over 60 consultants delivering services in 7 countries.

With knowledge on DevOps, Agile and ITSM, Valiantys' mission is to revolutionize the way teams collaborate and empower them to work smarter. More than 4,500 clients around the world trust their expert guidance on the deployment, adoption, and support of agile tools. Their range of services - Cloud, license management, consulting, training, 24/7 support, performance tuning, migration, and implementation - means they can be your one point of contact for all your Atlassian needs.

Opening up about Jira Align

Atlassian applications are being used massively in all kinds of organizations, and Valiantys continues to invest in and expand the capabilities of all our agile-enabling products. Since the announcement of Jira Align at Summit, there is no doubt Valiantys wants to be part of this adventure and team up with us to help implement the solution to our customers. For them, this tool provides a complete and comprehensive software solution available for scaling agile to the enterprise, at any level.

Defining agile with Valiantys

Agile was born in the crucible of software development teams. Developing better software, faster, with more visibility and control along the way, became vital to embrace the increasing flexibility required.

Agile soon expanded from "a couple of teams developing software" to "hundreds of teams collaborating on anything and everything". With this exponential size increase, new methodologies had to be invented, adapting agile to the massive deployment scale and the required visibility asked by the top management of companies; the most common today is SAFe, developed by Scaled Agile.

Valiantys believes that to be agile, a company needs to have all teams looking in the same direction and understand why what they do is important and aligned with the overall company goals. For them, Jira Align is an opportunity to bring this visibility and agility to companies at the corporate level because the tool aims to align enterprises by making work visible across all teams in your organization while accelerating enterprise agility to improve business operations and drive faster business outcomes with high ROI. It helps to close the "complexity gap" which larger enterprises need to cross if they want to harvest the values of agile while delivering software (or any other product or service) fast without compromising quality and staying in control of their budget allocations.

Still, today most enterprises find that scaling agile is a growing challenge to solve. It's not just the strategy or the tools or the methodologies, it's everything that has to come together. It is important to recognize that every team and organization is different and the tools that support agile are either very project or very team-centric. This is why choosing the right Solution Partner, to help you understand the right stage in your agile journey is key for success. From planning to tracking and everything in between, Solution Partners like Valiantys will help you adopt a solution to fit your business requirements. Read their full blog on Jira Align
