The post you mention was flagged by a spam filter bot, not a human.  These 'bots can be a little over-zealous or inaccurate, as they don't really understand the posts, but tend to pick up on spam-behaviour like links to non-atlassian sites, people not using their real name or shared accounts, blocks of letters that do not make real words, rapid repeat postings, duplicate postings, and, I'm glad to say, are getting a lot better at spotting and removing generative AI posts.


Moderators do look at the spam queue, and correct the 'bots judgements, but it's a human task, and they fit it in around the rest of their work and life.  This means things may not be looked at for a few days, and because of the volume of spam, not everything might get looked at when they do.
