I am unable to upvote an answer in our questions. When I click useful and clear or accept answer the icon changes but nothing happens.

What can be the reason?

Hurol, 

 

Depending on the case, it could be related to an issue in the instance or some configuration not being applied. So, to get a background of that, do you record when you started to face this issue? For example, after having the add-on upgraded. 

 

Also, can you check if the atlassian-confluence.log <Confluence Home/logs directory> display anything related to the questions symptoms?
