Hello Team,
my premium free trial version of Jira has been ended, I am now at free plan, but I already have less than 10 users, the problem whenever I try to use Zephyr free trial , I got this message even though I can use Zephyr for free with free Jira, anyone can help?
Hi Ayah,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I created a ticket on your behalf so we can find out what the problem is. Someone will reach out to you shortly from our team.
Thank you, and we'll speak to you soon.

Hi @Ayah Yousef
The error message is sometimes experienced on Zephyr Scale - I get it every so often - and it's not related to the type of licence you have. I'm guessing by now that it's working, but if you'd like user support in the future, I'm very active on the Zephyr Scale community, which is here:

Hi @Ayah Yousef
Since you're on a free plan, Atlassian Support may be out of reach...
Trivial as it sounds, I would try to uninstall the app and install it again.
The thing is that even if you're on a plan that warrants a free app (courtesy of having 10 users or fewer), you still get warnings, you still get estimated bills at $0.
I can easily imagine that if you downgrade from Premium to Free and/or, heaven forbid, you go from 10+ users to <10, the app can get confused, especially if this happens within your monthly billing cycle.

Hi @Ayah Yousef
I reached out to Atlassian because something definitely seems odd here.
Best of luck!
