Zephyr scale plugin suddenly stopped working and it's showing below message is always 

"It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again."

In my experience, that message you receive shouldn't last long, so if it's still happening you should contact SmartBear support.
