What can I do to generate a Jira Zephyr Scale Report? The page is just loading

When I try to generate a Jira Zephyr Scale Report (for example a traceability report) the page is just loading and nothing happens. Is it possible to do anything to fix it and to be able to generate reports?

There could be a number of causes why this is happening - not all to do with the software.  To rule out a software issue you could try to generate a report like "test execution results (list)" and have it return just 1 test case - so 1 row.  If that doesn't work I suggest you contact SmartBear support for help here:
