We wanna execute our tests using zephyr api

Hi team,

As a jira user, I wanna execute zephyr tests using zephyr squad Apis, but we are unable to authenticate it, please help us what we have missed.

Details: 

Method 1:

Request URL: GET https://prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com/connect/public/rest/api/1.0/executions?issueId={issueId}&projectId={projectID}

Authentication:

Basic auth with JIRA username and password

Request Header:

Authorization as JWT token

zapiaccesskey as Accesskey in my account

Response body:

An internal error occurred. Please check the host product's logs.

Method 2:

Request URL: GET https://prod-api.zephyr4jiracloud.com/connect/public/rest/api/1.0/executions?issueId={issueId}&projectId={projectID}

Authentication:

No auth

Request Header:

Authorization as JWT token

zapiaccesskey as Accesskey in my account

Response body:

Expecting claim 'qsh' to have value 'd4b7013f102c9952b6013e30d75e8d896fcbdf3ebb110d2133e49c3e53e613da' but instead it has the value '78f03673cac3451279409a22b8faeb61a44534301b45a4044b689f6e5640343d'
