When editing my template I have added User variables that then automatically populates the description field of the ticket. For example, the variable IMPACT is written as [IMPACT] in my description field and will thus be replaced by the value the user enters.
How can I do the same for the fields that I have defined in the Fields tab?
Previously it was possible by typing $CUSTOM_FIELD_1160
