Updating Zendesk form based on Jira Priority

Hi all,

I am curious if anyone here has any ideas on how to accomplish this automation. I am looking to have a field inside of Zendesk form updated based on a field from a Jira ticket. For example, I would like for customers to have visibility on what the Priority is on their case, which is set in Jira. Any recommendations for how this can be done?
